Can I customize my models?

For now customization option not available for any listed models.

If I want any part replacement in my model where can i buy?

You can always reach out to us at simpleymake@gmail.com or by filling out the Contact us form here to purchase from us.

Are you a project center?

No, we are toy designers and manufacturers.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you the tracking number which can be used in Indiapost (both domestic and international) website.

Can I select colors for my product?

Yes you can, but color customization is accepted only for order quantity more than 10. By default single colour black and Two colour Black/White is available for some models (** Make sure to check the difference in cost).

How many days it will take to ship my order?

We do not have any models in stock so print will be done after order is placed. Print time 6 Working days and on 7th working day product will be shipped to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we have started printing the model, order CANNOT be cancelled and refund will not be processed.

Can you share the stl file?

Stl files are non shareable. If you require any spare 3d printed part, it can always be purchased from us.

How to assemble the model?

Assembly instruction video link/QR code will be provided to you after purchase. View full video completely and assemble with caution (Involves usage of Cyanoacrylate).

What is the country of origin of the parcel? 

All parcels are shipped from India. 

My model of interest not listed in "Buy from SimpleyMake" tab?

If you cant find the model of your interest in our purchase tab, feel free to fill out our contact us form so that we can accept custom orders. 

Payment policy (International)?

All payments are accepted strictly via official PayPal invoice only. Orders will be processed only after payment is confirmed in PayPal. No other payment methods are accepted. 

What if I am not sure how to assemble the kit even with instruction video?

We can assemble it for you but CANNOT be shipped. It has to be picked in person by buyer.

Who can buy the Stirling engine DIY kit?

All Simpleymake's Stirling engine kits are true DIY kit. Every part has to be manually assembled, should check for alignment and then run the model. If you want "run out of the box kit" then this is not the right one for you.
